Construction Milestone - August 15, 2024
Dear Family Members, Friends, and Benefactors,
With much anticipation, this week we began a new construction phase: Column Installation! The ten arches in the sanctuary area are complete, and the stone masons have turned their attention to erecting the columns that will define the nave of the chapel. Coming from Italy, the columns were shipped horizontally. Here are a few pictures showing how a column is turned upright and placed in its proper location. We are so excited to share the news with you.
